Role of the Board of Directors
Elections for positions on The Association Board of Directors is held at the Annual Meeting each Fall.
The Board has a fiduciary responsibility to the community to steward the property on sound financial footing and to make and amend policy as required for the community.
Board Meetings
The Board holds six open meetings (every other month) and six working meetings or more as required though out the year. Board meeting dates are published once a year in advance, typically in the December Newsletter. Generally meetings are held either at Genesis Eldercare on Milkshake Lane, or the Eastport Annapolis Neck Library, across from Quiet Waters Park.
Community members who wish to attend a Board meeting should refer to the meeting schedule handed out in the beginning of the year, or contact the property manager at

e-mail in advance of the meeting to learn of any changes in scheduling.
Open meetings are an opportunity to observe the Board of Directors conduct business. All questions, comments, discussion are welcome after the Board has completed its business and prior to closing.
