In 2014, the Association completely rehabilitated and overhauled the pool facility. This rehabilitation included all new tiles, new coping around the edge of the pool, resurfacing, and a new filter system, all new pool furniture and cover to preserve this amenity going forward.
In the next few years, we hope to replace all of the siding and soffits throughout the community. This will most likely be done in phases over a 1-2 year period.
Hilltop Village is also currently developing plans to improve and modernize the landscaping throughout the community.
