Unfortunately the pool was closed for the 2021 and 2022 seasons. We hope to be open for 2023.

Due to inherent potential exposure risks to the COVID 19 virus, the Board has received legal counsel to not open the pool for use this season. Tidewater Property Management is in complete agreement with counsel's advice, which is the same counsel most communities have received and are following.

The pool, along with all of its operating equipment, are being properly maintained to industry standards by Anchor Aquatics. The Board of Directors are monitoring the situation very closely and will provide an update should the situation change.

Hilltop Village pool2019 Scheduled Days and Hours:

  • Thursday - Monday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Tuesday and Wednesday: Closed

Pool Schedule While Public School Is in Session:

  • Beginning of Season:
    • Saturday & Sunday: Regular Hours
    • Monday - Friday: Closed
  • End of Season:
    • Saturday & Sunday: Regular Hours
    • Monday - Friday: Closed

To gain entry into the pool area, each owner or authorized tenant must have a valid pool pass. Pool passes can be obtained by completing and returning, with payment, the pool application.

Please allow for at least fourteen (14) days for processing.

Guest Passes: The Association is offering owners the opportunity again this year to purchase a “Season Guest Pass”. For a Flat Rate of $15.00, this pass will allow each home to bring up to two (2) guests during each visit for the entire 2018 pool season. A member must accompany his or her guests to the pool, if a member(s) leaves the pool area guests must leave with them. No guest may be at the pool without their host with them.

Memorial Day Weekend: To gain entrance into the pool during the Memorial Day Weekend, a valid driver’s license or other valid photo I.D. must be presented reflecting your unit address in Hilltop Village. A condominium owner may have up to two (2) guests per household. This is subject to the number of owners at the pool if the Manager/Life Guard determines the pool area is congested guests may be asked to leave the pool area. (This is only for Memorial Day weekend. After Memorial Day Weekend, valid pool passes and guest passes will be required.)
